   Redding Interior Design provides interior design consultation, space planning, color selection, material sourcing, and project coordination services. We work with clients to transform their spaces according to their vision and requirements.

   Our role includes design consultation, vendor coordination, and project management support. Final decisions regarding design choices, purchases, and contractor selection remain with the client.

3. Fees and Payment

   All fees for Redding Interior Design services are disclosed before services begin. We charge for our design time and expertise, not as a markup on purchases.

   Our fee structure is transparent: you pay only for the time we spend on your project. Deposits may be required for larger projects. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

4. Contractor and Vendor Relationships

   Redding Interior Design maintains relationships with various contractors, vendors, and suppliers. While we may recommend specific professionals or products, the final selection and contractual agreements are between you and those third parties.

   We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of services provided by contractors, vendors, or suppliers, though we strive to recommend only trusted professionals.

5. Privacy & Data Security

   We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to provide requested services, respond to your inquiries, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Client Responsibilities

   You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your project requirements, budget, and timeline. You are responsible for making all final decisions regarding design choices, purchases, and contractor selection. You agree to communicate promptly regarding any changes or concerns about your project.

7. Design Ownership

   Design concepts, plans, and materials created by Redding Interior Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specific project discussed.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redding Interior Design and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or third-party contractor/vendor services.

9. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
